It is not good for a child to be with Homosexuals. To say that God does not care, is to say he does not care that they go to hell.

Proverbs 22:6 - "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Ephesians 6:4 - "And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."

A Homosexual is going to influence, actually teach, the child that homosexuality is right and not wrong. He is going to teach him to hate, rather than to love.

We are commanded to "bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord." A Homosexual is not going to train up a child in the ways of God, but in heresies, and distorted views of God's word.

For a homosexual to have a child is against the command of God to bring them up in the admonition of the Lord.

I. Parental Influence And Example,
(1) Evil Influence of Parents
1 Kings 22:53; 2 Chronicles 22:3; Jeremiah 9:14; Amos 2:4; Matthew 14:8

Let's read Jeremiah 9:13-14:

"13 And the LORD saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein; 14 But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them:"

In verse thirteen they have forsaken God's law. In verse fourteen we see that they did not follow God because of what their fathers taught them. The father infleunce their children towards evil. They "walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them[.]"

Let's read Matthew 14:6-8:

"6 But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod. 7 Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask. 8 And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger."

Now let's see Mark 6:19-25:

"19 Therefore Herodias had a quarrel against him, and would have killed him; but she could not: 20 For Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just man and an holy, and observed him; and when he heard him, he did many things, and heard him gladly. 21 And when a convenient day was come, that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee; 22 And when the daughter of the said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, the king said unto the damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt, and I will give it thee. 23 And he sware unto her, Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, unto the half of my kingdom. 24 And she went forth, and said unto her mother, What shall I ask? And she said, The head of John the Baptist. 25 And she came in straightway with haste unto the king, and asked, saying, I will that thou give me by and by in a charger the head of John the Baptist"

We see in Matthew 14:8 that the daughter of Herodias was influence by (instructed of) her mother. In Mark 6 we see that the daughter of Herodias asked her mother what she should ask for. Because her mother (Herodias) hated John the Baptist, yet feared him, had her daugther get John the Baptist beheaded.

It is clearly evident in scripture that parents (guardians) infleunced children, whether for bad or good. Homosexuals should not adopt children, nor (if need be said) should a murder, et al.

Examples of Good: 1 Kings 9:4; 2 Chronicles 17:3; 2 Chronicles 26:4; 2 Timothy 1:5.

2 Timothy 1:5 - "When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in they grandmother Lois, and they mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also."
